I recently returned from a short trip to Alaska's Denali National Park, whose Park Road is open to private vehicles up to Mile 30 (Teklanika Gate) until the beginning of the summer season. It was a cloudy weekend that yielded some moody images and nice photos of caribou. Here's the first of my landscape images from the trip. I'll be posting the rest of my photographs from the trip in the upcoming weeks; these images will be available for licensing and for sale as prints.
I took a new backpack on this trip, the LowePro Flipside 500. It's a spacious and stable pack that capably carried both my Canon 5D Mark III with three different lenses and my Canon 40D with the Sigma 150-500 lens attached. I'll be posting a review of the bag later in the summer.
